Sprayskull: Sprayface CR3eatures

Spray skull is an ongoing series by REMOTE. This recycled art project blends the creativity and dynamism of street art with environmental stewardship. Graffiti artist, REMOTE, partners with PATH: Preserving, Archiving & Teaching Hiphop, Inc. to present a series of collaborative art-making workshops to youth throughout Miami-Dade County. They will create unique “Sprayface cR3atures” (R3=Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) out of recycled spray can parts collected from Miami graffiti artists. The pieces will be featured in an art show highlighting the power that youth have to collaborate, clean up and create. All proceeds from the show will be used to provide arts scholarships to young emerging artists.
